WolfMob Closet (wolfmobcloset.com) sells WolfMob Thrilla merchandise. This page explains what information we collect when you visit or shop with us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (if you give it), and what you bought.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through a contact form.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login and order history.
- Basic site data: like most websites, our hosting and shop software log technical details such as your IP address and browser, and use cookies to keep items in your cart and keep you logged in.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal. When you pay with PayPal or a card, your payment details go directly to PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. PayPal’s own privacy policy covers how they handle your payment information.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and deliver your order, or set up local pickup.
- To send order confirmations and answer your questions.
- To handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
- To keep records we need for taxes and accounting.
- To send news about new drops or music, only if you sign up for it. You can unsubscribe any time.
We don’t sell your personal information. We only share it with the services needed to run the store, such as PayPal for payments, our web host, and the shipping carrier that delivers your order.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for taxes and accounting. If you have an account, we keep your account details until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Email us and we’ll take care of it, except for records we’re required to keep.
