30-day returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery (or of pickup, for local pickup orders).
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it. Please include your order number with the return.
Need a different size? We’re happy to swap it for another size or color of the same item, as long as it’s in stock.

Return shipping
You’re responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us. We recommend a trackable shipping service, since we can’t be responsible for returns lost in the mail.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll cover the cost to make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you to let you know it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal. It can take a few business days for the refund to show up, depending on your bank or card.
Shipping in the US is free. For international orders, the $7.99 shipping charge isn’t refundable unless the return is because of our mistake.
International orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs fees, import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are set by your country, not by WolfMob Closet, and are the customer’s responsibility. They aren’t included in your order total and can’t be refunded by us.
If you refuse a package because of these charges, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
